This group exhibition encourages artists and viewers to consider the emotions, stigma, struggles and healing that surround mental health and how individuals impacted personally or tangentially find solace and strength. Sixty-five artists will tell their stories through sculpture, painting, photography, video, and more.
FREE and open to everyone.
"Mental Health, finding creative solace" will be on view April 3-May 10 in 2 locations during NEA Big Read in the St. Croix Valley: ArtReach St. Croix and the Washington County Historic Courthouse.
This exhibition addresses and contains imagery on the topics of self-harm, substance use, eating disorders, death, and mental illness. Please come prepared to encounter these subjects.

[more+]Kevin Wilson is the author of five novels including this year's NEA Big Read in the St. Croix Valley selection, Nothing to See Here , a New York Times bestseller. Wilson will talk about his inspiration, writing process, and his own anxiety and unpredictability. He lives in Tennessee, with his wife, the poet Leigh Anne Couch, and his two sons. Wilson is an Associate Professor in the English & Creative Writing Department at the University of the South. During his trip to the St. Croix Valley, Wilson will treat us to stories behind Nothing to See Here and may even tease his forthcoming novel Run for the Hills (May 2025).
An Evening with Kevin Wilson is presented by ArtReach St. Croix with support from Valley Bookseller and libraries across the lower St. Croix Valley.

Learn a series of gentle somatic movements to relieve tension in chronically tight areas and find your best classic asana variation for a practice that is generous and kind to your body.

This group exhibition encourages artists and viewers to consider the emotions, stigma, struggles and healing that surround mental health and how individuals impacted personally or tangentially find solace and strength. Sixty-five artists will tell their stories through sculpture, painting, photography, video, and more.
FREE and open to everyone.
"Mental Health, finding creative solace" will be on view April 3-May 10 in 2 locations during NEA Big Read in the St. Croix Valley: ArtReach St. Croix and the Washington County Historic Courthouse.
This exhibition addresses and contains imagery on the topics of self-harm, substance use, eating disorders, death, and mental illness. Please come prepared to encounter these subjects.

[more+]Kevin Wilson is the author of five novels including this year's NEA Big Read in the St. Croix Valley selection, Nothing to See Here , a New York Times bestseller. Wilson will talk about his inspiration, writing process, and his own anxiety and unpredictability. He lives in Tennessee, with his wife, the poet Leigh Anne Couch, and his two sons. Wilson is an Associate Professor in the English & Creative Writing Department at the University of the South. During his trip to the St. Croix Valley, Wilson will treat us to stories behind Nothing to See Here and may even tease his forthcoming novel Run for the Hills (May 2025).
An Evening with Kevin Wilson is presented by ArtReach St. Croix with support from Valley Bookseller and libraries across the lower St. Croix Valley.
Lobby opens at 6pm and doors open at 6:15pm.

Learn a series of gentle somatic movements to relieve tension in chronically tight areas and find your best classic asana variation for a practice that is generous and kind to your body.
Please note this class will meet the following Saturdays:
