ArtReach St. Croix’s Gallery features work by local, regional and national artists in rotating exhibits. The gallery hosts visual arts shows representing a variety of mediums throughout the year.
The gallery is free and open to the public Tues & Fri, 10am-4pm; Wed & Thurs, 10am-7pm; Sat & Sun 12-4pm. Holiday hours may vary.
Wynn Davis and Guillermo Cuellar bring together mixed-media collage and pottery in Evidence of Experience. Both artists draw on observation and feelings to create their work. Davis, a devoted runner, records his experiences with materials salvaged from along the road and Little Free Libraries as well as original elements. Cuellar uses intuition and history to create pottery that evokes the spirit of old pots. By utilizing the experience of making pots, he generates ideas and discovers new personality in each piece.
The Gift Gallery
The Gift Gallery is open during gallery hours featuring jewelry, pottery, wood turned pieces, books, soaps and other artful gifts. During the last six weeks of each year it expands into the South Galleries of ArtReach’s Royal Credit Union Foundation Gallery to create the Holiday Gift Gallery. The Gift Gallery and the Holiday Gift Gallery feature hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind pieces by local and regional artists.
