Join us for Stillwater Winterfest's Bags Tourney at JX Venue on Saturday, February 21st, 2026 from 12 - 3PM. EVENT DESCRIPTION- 2-person teams (must be pre-registered to play)- Tournament awards will be presented immediately following the tournament- Food & beverage options available for purchase throughout the day- Cornhole sets and standard bags provided - personal cornhole bags are allowed$60/TEAM – includes door prizes and 1st and 2nd place Cash Awards- Games start at 12pm. You will play until you have lost twice in the bracket play- Anticipated end time for the final two teams is approximately 2pm HOW IT WORKS:- Round One – random play- Play one game to 21 against three (3) different teams in the first hour of play. Teams will randomly choose a team that is ready and record the team’s name they are playing against- Teams will report their win/loss and points scored to tournament coordinator- If there is a tie with win/loss the total points scored in three games will be used to break the tie. If there is still a tie, a coin flip will determine top seed. Seeded Tournament Play:- This is a double elimination “seeded” bracket tournament.- Teams will play until they lose twice- One game to 21 during bracket play until the final game.- The final championship game will be three games to 21 (one match).- If the team from the winner’s bracket loses the match, there will be one additional game played to 21 as the “if needed game” to…

Small Expressions Opening Reception

Small Expressions is an annual juried showcase of contemporary small-scale fiber art using techniques such as weaving, interlacing, basket making, bead weaving, embroidery, felting, and mixed media. Small in scale but visually compelling, the Handweavers Guild of America, Inc.’s (HGA) Small Expressions exhibit features work that speaks to the intricacy of expression and intimacy of design. A portion of this exhibition will show St. Croix Valley fiber artists Morgan Clifford, Barb Bend, Gil Gragert, Laura Albertson, Lynn Pagliarini and Alycen Brothen. *This program is supported in part by Georgia Council for the Arts through the appropriations of the Georgia General Assembly.
